GLENDIVE — Phil McClure has been hired to coach baseball at Dawson Community College, the school announced on Monday.
He will be coming from Southwest Tennessee Community College where he spent two seasons as an assistant coach and one year as the interim head coach.
McClure has seven years of coaching experience.
“Coach McClure is hard-working, organized, well-connected and energetic,” Dawson athletic director Joe Peterson said in a press release. “I know he is going to do an excellent job of helping our student-athletes develop on and off the field. Buccaneer baseball has a bright future.”
